Mega Kharismawati has more than 20 years of experience across government, energy, and corporate sectors. She has a background in ESG integration, stakeholder engagement, and supporting organisations in developing practical sustainability frameworks.

At EVerde, Mega leads the integration of ESG principles across the company’s operations, including the development of sustainability policies and the oversight of environmental and social initiatives. She also manages community and stakeholder programmes that support EVerde’s commitment to responsible and transparent practices.

Her previous experience includes advisory roles in ESG policy, public engagement, and strategic communications. She has worked across public institutions, energy projects, international trade, and media, building a foundation in policy analysis, governance, and sustainability strategy.

Mega holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Indonesia.
